2. Booking Policy

• Bookings may be made via phone, WhatsApp, text message, email or website form.
• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
• By booking a course, you agree to all Terms and Conditions listed below.
• Learners are responsible for providing accurate personal information.

3. Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full prior to training.
• Certificates and registrations will only be issued once full payment is received.
• Company invoices must be paid by the agreed due date.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

4. Deposit Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Deposits secure training dates, instructor availability, admin time and course preparation.
• If the learner cancels, changes their mind or fails to attend, the deposit is forfeited.
• If 48 hours’ notice is given, the course may be rescheduled — but the deposit remains non-refundable.
• If ForkliftTrainingCentre reschedules due to operational reasons, a new date will be offered — the deposit still remains non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without losing payment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or “no-shows” result in full loss of payment.
• If weather conditions, safety concerns or equipment issues arise, training may be postponed and rescheduled.
• New dates will be offered, but deposits remain non-refundable.

6. Age Requirements

• Minimum age for forklift training: 16 years old.
• Minimum age for site or construction training: 18 years old.
• ID may be requested for verification.

7. Fitness & Safety Requirements

• Be physically fit to safely operate machinery.
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or impairing medication.
• Wear required PPE (safety footwear, hi-vis, gloves etc.) when attending training.
• Follow all instructions and health & safety rules set by the instructor.

8. On-Site Training Requirements (For Employers / Company Bookings)

1. A safe and suitable training area.
2. A correctly maintained forklift/truck with valid LOLER certificate (if applicable).
3. Sufficient fuel or battery charging facilities.
4. Pallets, racking or loads required for exercises.
5. Indoor or sheltered space for bad weather.
6. Any PPE required for the site.
7. A competent site representative throughout the training session.

9. Website Use Policy

• Copy or reproduce content without permission.
• Submit false information via forms or messages.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with website operation or security.
• Share course materials, training documents, photos, videos or certificates without consent.
• Use our content for misleading, harmful or fraudulent purposes.

10. Liability

• Result Training Ltd is not responsible for loss of income caused by rescheduling, cancellations or learner absence.
• Learners must attend on time and complete all required elements of the course.
• Employers remain responsible for ensuring ongoing supervision and site competence after certification.

11. Accreditation

• All training is delivered in accordance with RTITB and NPORS standards.
• Certificates reflect the correct duration, category and accrediting body.
• All registrations comply fully with accrediting body rules.

12. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable at all times.
• Full course fees (excluding the deposit) may be refundable only at management discretion.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, late arrivals or cancellations within 48 hours.
